Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador in San Francisco to enhance client and attendee experiences at onsite events. You will support event setups, coordinate with multiple teams, and uphold hospitality standards to deliver memorable experiences.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks during varying event schedules. This is an on-site position with compensation details aligned to California wage norms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in event support, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of customer service and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facilities Management and other teams to execute all event aspects.
• Assist with equipment and furniture arrangements per event specs.
• Identify and address potential security or privacy risks and participate in Crisis Response Team activities.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome and tailor services to guest needs during events.
• Monitor event proceedings and address issues promptly; adjust layouts, timing, or services as needed.
