Job summary

SPS is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator in New York to develop and coordinate the site’s workplace experience strategy, creating a destination that fuels collaboration and innovation. You will lead front‑of‑house services, plan diverse events, and partner with food services and service lines to deliver unforgettable experiences for employees and guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing or similar.
• 5-7 years of work experience in a similar role (e.g. facilities management, event management, concierge, hospitality, front desk).
• 5-7 years of customer service experience in dealing with high‑touch clients.
• Demonstrated leadership and vision with influencing people.
• Experience in planning, budgeting and marketing.
• Strong computer proficiency skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
• Can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization.
• Creates and builds positive and productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Tailor experience initiatives to customer purpose, strategy and mission critical activities.
• Brings the latest trends in workplace design, experiences and engagement to the customer’s site.
• Architects memorable experiences for the site, delivered through service employees and experts.
• Lead customized workplace events focused on increasing employee productivity and engagement.
• Deliver environments and activities that promote workforce health and well‑being.
• Partner with food services/catering lead and service lines for event planning and production.
• Lead site tours for guests of our customer and SPS.
• Observe workplace environment to identify experiential needs across SPS touchpoints.
• Measure success of events and curated experiences through ROI and qualitative methods.
