Job summary

SPS is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador in San Diego to enhance on-site events. You will coordinate with facilities, manage equipment and layouts, and ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service and personalized touches.

This role requires strong communication, 3+ years in event support or hospitality, and the ability to work under pressure while coordinating multiple tasks. On-site presence is essential for successful event execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in event support, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Technical/computer skills with MS Office, digital ticketing, and scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facilities Management and other teams to execute events flawlessly.
• Support with equipment and furniture arrangements per event specifications.
• Identify and elevate potential security risks or privacy concerns.
• Participate in Crisis Response Team to guide clients and guests in emergencies.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome and manage personalized guest services.
• Monitor event proceedings and address issues promptly; ensure timely setups.
