Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to enhance onsite event experiences. You will support setups, coordinate with facilities and teams, and uphold hospitality standards to ensure memorable client and guest interactions.

The role requires 3+ years in event support or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. This is an onsite, full-time position with compensation aligned to California pay scales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in event support, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of customer service and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facilities Management and other teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Assist with equipment and furniture arrangements per event specifications.
• Identify and address potential security risks or privacy concerns.
• Provide warm, professional welcomes and personalized services to attendees.
• Monitor event proceedings and resolve issues promptly; manage last-minute changes.
