Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a dynamic Workplace Solutions Manager in Washington, DC to lead integrated workplace services for a premier corporate client location. The role blends front-of-house hospitality with operations oversight to create an engaging, productive environment.

You will drive strategy, program development, and vendor management, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience leading both customer-facing and operational service functions.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workplace Experience by developing and executing workplace strategies to boost engagement, productivity, and culture.
• Oversee front-of-house operations including reception, concierge, conference services, hospitality, and visitor management.
• Manage back-of-house operations such as mail, shipping, office services, logistics, inventory, and workplace support.
• Lead teams and service partners; recruit, coach, mentor, and build a high-performing culture.
• Drive business results by establishing KPIs, SLAs, analyzing data, and presenting insights to leadership.
