Job summary

SPS seeks a dynamic Workplace Solutions Manager to lead integrated workplace services for a premier client location in Washington, DC. You will drive hospitality, meeting and event services, mail/office support, and partner with facilities, IT, and security to ensure excellence.

You will lead teams, manage vendors, and implement improvements to deliver superior employee and guest experiences while aligning with client culture and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, or corporate services.
• 3+ years in leadership managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of integrated workplace services for a premier client location.
• Oversee front-of-house, back-of-house, and vendor management functions.
• Develop workplace programs and events to position the office as a destination.
• Establish KPIs/SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
