Job summary

Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville is seeking an Event Planning Manager to ensure the flawless execution of contracted events. This role serves as the on-site liaison between meeting planners and hotel operations, administering sales agreements and coordinating F&B, A/V, room blocks and billing.

You will build lasting client relationships, upsell opportunities, and collaborate with multiple departments to optimize revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year sales or events experience in a lifestyle/luxury hotel.
• Highly resourceful team-player.
• Ability to organize and prioritize deadline-driven tasks.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Experience in Envision and Opera software a strong plus.
