Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Convention Services Manager to lead catering and F&B sales, while ensuring the hotel shines for every event. You will build relationships with clients and groups, collaborating with leadership to hit revenue goals and deliver standout experiences.

You’ll monitor market trends, coordinate with the events team, and ensure flawless event orders and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment in Nashville.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Creativity and knowledge of food & beverage/events, plus selling skills (opening, probing, supporting, closing) desired.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable state.
• Strong verbal and written communication to negotiate with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Drive catering and F&B sales while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Build relationships with clients and groups and coordinate on-property experiences.
• Track market trends and bring fresh ideas to events.
• Attend meetings and ensure smooth hotel operations with team.
• Deliver flawless event orders and communicate changes quickly.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.
