Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership or management experience in hospitality or events.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Current California Food Handler Card and RBS certification.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site event-day operations to ensure timelines and service standards are met.
• Develop and coach event-day team members and supervise supervisors.
• Build strong client relationships and proactively address client needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure seamless events and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate event documentation and vendor paperwork.
