Pinnacle Live is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Venue Director in daily operations and event execution. Responsibilities include coordinating setup, run, and teardown of AV equipment, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

The role emphasizes budget awareness, vendor relations, and continuous process improvement, with a focus on safety and compliance. A strong leader with hospitality experience will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years event technology experience in a hospitality environment.
• Minimum 2 years demonstrated managerial experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead events with a focus on best-in-class customer service for stakeholders.
• Oversee setup, operation and strike of events and floor activities.
• Maintain inventory integrity and vendor relationships.
• Manage budget for revenue growth and cost control including labor and sub-rentals.
• Train and develop staff per SOPs and foster a culture of achievement.
• Provide technical support for events and ensure safety compliance.
• Attend hotel meetings and optimize systems and processes.
