Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an experienced Event Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients at Mesa Convention Center. You will oversee planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events, coordinating with clients, venue staff, and service providers to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to balance multiple events, and a customer-focused leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of two years management level experience coordinating events in a multi-purpose facility.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Working knowledge of facility management, services, and equipment for a similar facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees all aspects of facility operations related to events.
• Meets with client groups to plan and organize assigned meetings and/or events.
• Coordinates activities with service contractors for assigned meetings and/or events.
• Guides clients in preparation of events by interpreting contract provisions and procedures.
• Keeps clients informed on deadlines and requirements; prepares cost estimates; final billing.
