Job summary

Occasions Denver Inc is seeking an organized Event Planner to manage events from ~90 days out through final execution. You will coordinate vendors, timelines, kitchen notes, and required docs to ensure seamless events.

You will be the main contact for clients, venues, planners and internal teams, delivering timely updates and identifying upsell opportunities. Lead onsite with the captain, supervise front-of-house operations, and adapt to changes with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned events beginning ~90 days before the event, including walk-throughs and timelines.
• Coordinate vendors, kitchen notes, required documentation and final orders.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, venues, planners and internal teams.
• Provide onsite supervision and lead the onsite team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Spend 2–8 hours planning each event and oversee front-of-house operations.
