Signature Party Rentals is seeking an event manager to join our team in Southern California. The right candidate will be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment and provide superior customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships, planning and representing the company while performing work away from our place of business, coordinating orders, traveling to event sites for set-ups, space and event planning, and managing a book of business to ensure flawless

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Microsoft and other computer based programs.
• Superb Customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• A flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends).
• Excellent communication skills.
• An affinity for detail.
• Must possess a valid California driver license (Class C) with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be computer literate.
• Rental equipment knowledge (Tenting, lighting, tables, chairs and more).
• Event industry experience a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining existing customer relationships by providing superior customer service
• Plans, negotiates and represents the company while performing the work away from our place of business.
• Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment with the authority to make recommendations and independent choices.
• Assisting customers with their event rental needs
• Accurately recording and communicating customer orders
• Traveling throughout the valley to various locations for event set-ups.
• Space and Event Planning
• Manage a book of business
