Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a part-time, seasonal On-site Event Support role to assist client events across multiple markets in the United States. The role requires location in or near the markets listed and travel within a 125-mile radius of home.

You will collaborate with Event Managers and Onsite Support to manage OneCause technology, including laptops and iPads, and ensure smooth event execution at venues. A strong customer-service background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-person customer service experience.
• Comfortable using web-based software and smartphone tech (iPhone/Android).
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot hardware (iPads/laptops).
• Exceptional communication skills, written, interpersonal and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of customer events through on-site management of OneCause technology.
• Work with OneCause staff including Event Managers, Onsite Support, and Support Staff.
• Help manage OneCause technology including OneCause software, laptops, and iPads.
• Assist Event Manager with client expectations and project tasks.
• Navigate and troubleshoot the software in real time during events.
• Review client auction and guest data and make necessary changes.
• Assist clients to maximize event revenue by following best practices.
