Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. The role reports to a senior events leader and focuses on delivering flawless events with excellent customer service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (Associate preferred), 1 year of hospitality or audio-visual experience, and valid driver’s license. The position offers full-time hours in Key Largo, with on-site duties and potential overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Exceeds expectations of internal and external customers and maintains client relationships.
• Troubleshoots and resolves equipment and software issues in a timely manner.
• Completes systems entry and paperwork accurately and coordinates with vendors and staff.
