Encore Global is seeking a Technican to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering precise setups and reliable operation, reporting to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, preferred associate’s degree, and about a year of hospitality or AV experience. A valid driver’s license is needed for vehicle operation, with a 50 lb lifting capability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• External applicants must meet/train/certification requirements within 60 days.
• Internal applicants must meet Encore’s training and certification requirements.

Responsabilités

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic AV equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceeds customer expectations and maintains positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoots equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Follows processes, completes accurate paperwork, and uses Navigator for entries.
• Collaborates with clients and staff to finalize invoices and optimize service delivery.
