Job summary

Encore seeks a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth events.

You will work closely with hotel staff, troubleshoot equipment, and help finalize invoices while delivering world-class service.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (associate's preferred), hospitality experience, and a valid driver's license; lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in the qualifications.
• Strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment or software issues.
• Complete order entries and paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate with staff and outside vendors for equipment and invoicing.
