Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role reports to an Operations Manager, Director of Event Technology and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work irregular hours.

You will engage with clients onsite, troubleshoot simple equipment or software issues, and complete all required paperwork and systems entries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Must complete training and certifications within 60 days.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed guest expectations and maintain client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete systems entry and paperwork accurately and interact with vendors as needed.
