Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure customer satisfaction by meeting clients on-site and maintaining equipment functioning throughout events.

The role requires a High School Diploma with preferred Associate’s degree and 1 year of customer service or AV experience. A valid driver's license is necessary for team members who may operate company vehicles, and training must be completed within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• External candidates must meet all training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain positive client relationships on-site.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic equipment and software issues promptly.
• Document orders and complete system entries accurately.
• Upsell equipment and assist with client invoicing where appropriate.
