HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a District Administrator to support daily payroll reconciliation, invoicing, and branch financial closeout. The role oversees vendor PO management, customer contract compliance, and time entry for payroll processing.

The position is based at the Robinson, IL site with no remote options, requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A BS in business/finance is preferred, with 2–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, accounting or finance preferred.
• In lieu of BS, 4+ years of combined industry and professional development accepted.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, budgets or forecasts is desirable.
• Strong MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Daily payroll reconciliation and hours validation.
• Billing/invoicing, vendor PO management, and financial close for branches.
• Manage time-sensitive financial close processes and KPI reporting.
• Support resolution of escalated Revenue (Quote to Cash) issues.
• Ensure accuracy of P&L and accruals for branch administration.
• Assist with cash application, collections and customer contract compliance.
