Job summary

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a District Administrator to support payroll reconciliation, vendor PO management, billing, and monthly close for designated branches.

This on-site role in Port Arthur, TX requires a strong finance background, proficiency in Excel, and experience handling invoices and budgets. Willingness to travel up to 30% and possess TWIC or the ability to obtain one within 3 months, plus a valid US passport, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4+ years in invoicing, accounting, or finance with industry experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience preparing invoices, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Proficiency with Excel formulas and pivot tables; advanced Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies are followed at all times.
• Process daily Quote to Cash tasks: worksheet reviews, invoicing, and contract compliance.
• Manage payroll reconciliation, vendor POs, billing, and monthly financial close for assigned branches.
• Lead time entry accuracy, approve hours, resolve discrepancies, and prepare data for payroll.
• Serve as first point of contact for Revenue (Quote to Cash) compliance issues.
• Support KPI achievement for branch administration (DSO, accruals, vendor invoices, payroll, close).
• On-site daily reporting to Port Arthur, TX; report to site management; no remote work.
