Job summary

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a District Administrator to join our safety-conscious team. This role handles payroll reconciliation, vendor PO management, billing/invoicing, and monthly close for the assigned branch(s), providing back-office support to drive quality and efficiency.

Based in Port Arthur, TX, this position requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and travel up to 30%. On-site presence is required; remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, accounting or finance preferred; 4+ years in lieu of BS accepted.
• 2-5 years in business, invoicing, accounting or finance with management experience preferred.
• Experience preparing invoices, budgeting, forecasts and financial reports.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; Excel formulas and PivotTables.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain within 3 months; US passport ability within 3 months.
• Travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following policies.
• Handle daily Quote to Cash tasks: worksheet review, billing/invoicing, customer PO management, contract compliance, vendor PO management, cash application, collections.
• Payroll reconciliation and monthly financial closeout for assigned branch(s).
• Lead time-entry validation, approve hours, resolve discrepancies, and prep data for payroll processing.
• First point of contact for escalated Revenue (Q2C) compliance issues (Credit & Rebill, Contract Pricing, Non-Con, IP, No-Show).
• Meet KPIs of branch administration such as DSO, accruals, vendor invoices, payroll, monthly close.
• Assist branches in financial close questions; ensure revenue/cost accruals.
• This role reports on-site at the customer site in Port Arthur, TX; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; remote/hybrid not offered.
