HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a District Administrator to support daily payroll reconciliation, invoicing, vendor PO management, and monthly financial close for assigned branches. This back-office role helps drive accurate accounting and timely financial reporting in a safety‑driven environment.

Location is at the Customer site on a Monday–Friday schedule; remote or hybrid work are not options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4+ years in related finance roles accepted.
• Experience invoicing, budgeting, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel, formulas and pivot tables.
• Travel up to 30% of the time.
• TWIC or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Valid US Passport or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Daily payroll reconciliation and time entry validation.
• Billing, invoicing and Quote-to-Cash processing.
• Vendor PO management and contract compliance.
• Monthly financial close for assigned branch(es).
• Support KPI reporting and branch administration initiatives.
• Must report to customer site Monday–Friday; no remote availability.
• Travel up to 30% and maintain reliable transportation.
