Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a District Administrator to support daily payroll reconciliation, vendor PO management, and billing for assigned sites. This role reports to the customer site in Port Arthur, TX, Monday through Friday, with no remote or hybrid options.

Strong focus on back-office finance, invoicing, and GAAP-like close processes ensures accurate revenue and expense reporting. This role requires travel up to 10% and a commitment to Safety.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of combined industry and professional development accepted in lieu of BS degree.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Experience working in TRAC, required.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
• TWIC credential or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Valid Driver’s License and a valid US Passport or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Daily payroll reconciliation and timely payroll processing support.
• Manage vendor POs, invoicing, and cash application for branches.
• Oversee monthly financial closeout and P&L accuracy.
• Lead time entry validation and hours approval; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist escalation resolution for Revenue (Quote to Cash) compliance needs.
• Support KPI reporting (DSO, accruals, vendor invoices, closings).
• Assist branches in financial close questions and revenue/cost accruals.
