Qualifications

• BS degree preferred; 4+ years of industry experience accepted in lieu of BS.
• Experience preparing invoices and managing budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of finance terminology.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Daily payroll reconciliation and payroll processing support.
• Vendor PO management, billing/invoicing and monthly financial closeout for assigned branch.
• Quote to Cash processes: worksheet review, cash application, collections.
• Assist with time entry validation and data preparation for payroll processing.
• Support KPI measurements for branch administration and financial close.
