Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a PC Support Technician to repair desktops and laptops and provide on-site client support. You will troubleshoot, document calls, and ensure timely service delivery across assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include handling service calls, reporting, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety guidelines. Travel to client locations and a valid driver’s license are required, with potential overnight assignments.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience is typical.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within SLA for each client.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks per policies.
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policies.
• Follow established policies and documents for service delivery.
• Manage assets and inventory with prompt part turnaround.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Understand safety policies and follow them daily.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
