Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to repair desktops and laptops and provide direct customer support to clients. The role involves troubleshooting, interacting with clients, and ensuring timely resolution of issues on-site at various client locations.

The position requires basic repair knowledge, ability to drive to client sites, lift equipment up to 50 lbs, and adherence to safety and service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 0–2 years experience.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established service level agreement for each client.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in policies.
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policies and guidelines.
• Follow established policies and documents relating to service delivery for each client.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
• Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner.
• Understand safety policies and work within guidelines daily.
• Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
