Job summary

Worldwide TechServices seeks a Dynamic PC Support technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing desktops and laptops. You will interact directly with clients, address technical issues, and respond promptly within service-level agreements.

This role requires 0–2 years of relevant experience, the ability to travel to client sites, and a valid driver’s license. Basic repair tools are expected, with duties including reporting and administrative tasks as part of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of relevant customer service experience is preferred.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call per policies.
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policies.
• Follow established policies for service delivery to clients.
• Control assets and inventory with prompt turnaround of parts.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Understand Safety policies and work within them daily.
• Other duties as needed to meet business needs.
