Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site in Suitland, MD. You will provide desk-side support, troubleshoot and repair IT devices, and work with the Field Services team to resolve issues on site.

The role requires US citizenship, DoD security clearance, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. You will work at a government facility with lifting, confined spaces, and a willingness to drive between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• HS diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience or higher education considered.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher certification required.
• Experience with Windows OS 10.
• Experience with Service Desk ticket systems (Remedy/HP Service Manager).
• Strong customer service and communication能力.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer tickets per established SLRs.
• Ensure proper ticket handling per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PC hardware/software issues.
• Complete tasks within set timelines.
• Troubleshoot local and networked printers and devices.
• Assist other technicians with complex issues.
