Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site in Suitland, MD. You will provide direct desk-side support, diagnose hardware and software issues, and work within a Field Services team environment.

Requirements include US citizenship, DoD TS/SCI clearance, a high school diploma with 4+ years of related experience, and Security+ or higher certification. Familiarity with HP Service Manager or Remedy and Windows 10 is expected.

• Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher
• Expertise in IT Enterprise Operations with Windows 10
• Experience with Service/Help Desk ticketing software

• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage resolution of customer tickets per SLRs
• Ensure proper ticket handling per guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve user computer issues
• Complete customer tasks within timeline
• Troubleshoot local and networked printers and hardware
• Assist other technicians with complex issues
