Qualifications

• US Citizen required for government site access.
• DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher certification.
• Experience with Windows OS, v10.
• Experience with HP Service Manager or Remedy.

Responsibilities

• Manage resolution of customer tickets per SLRs.
• Handle tickets according to guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user computer issues.
• Complete tasks within the specified timeline.
• Troubleshoot local and networked printers and devices.
• Assist other technicians with complex issues.
