Job summary

A leading technology service provider based in Madison, WI, seeks a Dynamic PC Support professional. In this role, you will perform technical troubleshooting and provide customer support for client products, including desktops and laptops. Ideal candidates should possess a technical school certification or equivalent and would benefit from customer service experience. You must be able to lift equipment, have a valid driver’s license, and own a basic repair tool kit. This role may require some travel to client locations.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all required OEM certifications as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Understand and follow all safety policies and guidelines.

Skills

Communication skills regarding technical issues

Ability to drive to client locations

Ability to lift and move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
