Job summary

A global technology services leader is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to provide troubleshooting and repair services for client products. This role involves direct interaction with clients, ensuring timely and accurate support for desktops and laptops, and completing service calls according to established guidelines. Candidates should have technical certification or equivalent and ideally possess customer service experience. The position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented.
• Follow various established policies, guidelines, and documents.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory.
• Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner.
• Understand all Safety policies and guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Skills

Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients

Ability to drive to client locations

Ability to drive long distances

Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Must own a basic repair tool kit

Education

Technical school certification or equivalent
