Job summary

This role involves providing customer support for various client products, troubleshooting technical issues for desktops and laptops, and ensuring timely service adherence. Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all required OEM Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established service level agreement.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory.
• Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner.

Skills

Communication regarding technical issues

Ability to drive to client locations

Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs

Ownership of a basic repair tool kit

Education
