EPITEC is seeking a PC LAN Technician I in Phoenix, AZ for a desktop refresh project. The role involves imaging, configuring Windows devices, and providing end-user support across multiple locations.

The candidate will manage inventory, assist with device deployment, and maintain accurate asset records in ticketing systems. The position is 100% onsite with standard business hours and a contract through mid-2027.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on desktop support and imaging experience.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments required.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and enterprise ticketing systems.

Responsabilités

• Image and reimage laptops and desktops
• Deploy and configure Windows devices and peripherals
• Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and break/fix support
• Conduct quality assurance testing of deployed equipment
• Track incoming and outgoing inventory
• Update asset management records and maintain documentation
• Support end users with first-time setup activities
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, network, and account-related issues
• Assist with device recycling and asset disposition activities
• Work with project teams to coordinate device deployment schedules
• Maintain accurate records within ticketing and asset management systems
