Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with desktop support, hardware deployments, or computer refresh projects.
• Recent experience imaging computers, replacing devices, and migrating user data.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows-based systems, hardware, and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Support a Windows 11 device refresh project.
• Image, configure, and deploy computers and docking stations.
• Replace existing devices and migrate user data.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Provide technical support to end users during deployments.
• Document completed work and maintain service records.
• Assist with hardware and software installations, upgrades, and testing.
• Follow established security and technology procedures.
