Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and CompTIA A+ certification or 2+ years of related experience.
• At least 1 year of End User Computing PC/Laptop Deployment experience.
• Proven customer service background and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work independently.
