Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an on-site DMAC Hardware Support Technician (Contract) to manage technology moves, adds, changes, imaging, and migrations for Windows 11 devices in a fast-paced Phoenix environment.

You will coordinate with vendors, document actions, and support internal clients while maintaining accurate logs and timesheets. Evening and weekend coverage may be required to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• DMAC coordination experience in a financial markets environment.
• Hands-on hardware moves, disconnects, reconnects, adds, and changes for end-user devices.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform DMAC activities including hardware moves, disconnects, reconnects for end users in a financial markets environment.
• Coordinate deployments, PC builds, and basic hardware fulfillment tasks with accuracy.
• Plan and coordinate imaging, migrations, and refresh efforts for Windows 11 devices.
