ManpowerGroup is seeking a Windows Desktop Technician in Phoenix, AZ, to support a government agency's IT operations onsite. You will troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, manage hardware inventories, and document configurations while contributing to deployment and process improvements.

The role is a 1-year contract with a collaborative, diverse team. Candidates must reside in Phoenix and be able to attend in-person interviews within a week after the posting closes.

Qualifications

• Experience with imaging systems and desktop support.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite with flexibility to start within two weeks of an offer.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Current residence in Phoenix, AZ, with the ability to attend in-person interviews within one week of the posting close date.

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary IT support to ensure operational continuity during absences of the primary IT support staff.
• Assist end-users with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage hardware inventory, lifecycle, and perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, hardware, and software configurations.
• Support user training, deployment, and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
