Job summary

Intratek Computer, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Field Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide end-user hardware and software support, respond to helpdesk tickets, and assist the mobile device team as needed.

The position is onsite, 1st shift 8:30am–5:00pm (Phoenix time), with potential for after-hours on-call rotation. Benefits include medical, paid vacation and holidays, and a supportive IT environment.

Qualifications

Three or more years of end-user technical support experience.
Experience with Windows and Office in a network environment.
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Respond to helpdesk tickets in a large enterprise environment.
Installing and maintaining desktop computer and server hardware and software.
Supporting and troubleshooting peripheral equipment including scanners, printers, and plotters.
Performing installation and patching of Windows operating systems.
Submitting weekly status reports to supervisor.
Support large conference room Audio/Visual equipment.
Mobile device support including working understanding of mobile device management tools.
Preparing workstation and laptop images and deployment of devices.
Participate in afterhours/weekends on call rotation.
Support Audio/Video conferencing equipment.
