Responsibilities

Respond to basic customer inquiries about products and quotes.
Enter orders by telephone, fax, email, or in person; process up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per P.O.
Negotiate price within parameters to support gross profit.
Build relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
Source products from branch, DC, or supplier inventories; manage inventory levels for customers.
Determine cost-effective shipping methods and coordinate shipping.
Assist Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction; support backorder expedites.
Handle customer returns and other duties as assigned.
