Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative to accurately fulfill customer orders and manage incoming calls. The role requires close supervision and a focus on reliability, organization, and clear communication.

You will respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and enter orders by phone, fax, email or in person. You may negotiate pricing within set limits and help ensure inventory and shipping are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; zero to three years related experience.
• Reliable, organized and detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively; basic computer skills.
• Product knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic customer inquiries, provide quotes and handle order entry.
• Place customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Negotiate price within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and assist with inventory planning.
• Determine cost-effective shipping methods and assist with returns as needed.
