Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes and process orders.
• Place orders via phone, fax, email, or walk-in; manage order entries.
• Negotiate pricing within authorized parameters to protect gross profit.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate shipping methods.
