Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Carlsbad, NM to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer. The Customer Service Coordinator will advise on operations, resolve complex problems, and build a solid working relationship with the account.

The role follows a full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., on-site in Carlsbad with First shift responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field is required.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record.

Responsabilités

• Develop knowledge of the customer’s supply chain.
• Provide process and technology training for support coverage.
• Communicate daily distribution of work to the team.
• Attend weekly business reviews to discuss offerings.
• Lead the team in problem resolution.
• Analyze service issues and identify root causes.
• Address border-crossing issues as needed.
