Schneider National is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Carlsbad to be on-site at a customer location and act as a liaison between Schneider and the customer. The role involves advising, resolving complex problems, and building a solid working relationship with the customer.

Key responsibilities include understanding the customer's supply chain, providing training, coordinating daily workload, and participating in reviews to discuss new offerings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop a deep knowledge of the customer's supply chain.
• Provide process and technology training to enable the needed support and coverage.
• Establish and communicate the daily distribution of work to the team.
• Attend weekly business reviews to discuss new offerings for the account.
• Act as the team lead for problem resolution.
• Analyze service issues and trends to determine the root causes and communicate recommendations to the team.
• Identify opportunities that would lead to improved performance for the account.
• Work through any border crossing issues that arise.
