Schneider in McDonough, GA seeks a Logistics Traffic Coordinator to act as a liaison between a customer’s traffic office and Schneider. The role creates, reviews and completes inbound and outbound shipments while building positive relationships with customers, associates and external vendors.

Responsibilities include tracking, tracing and expediting shipments, resolving transportation issues quickly, and responding to customer calls to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 30lbs.
