Schneider National, Inc. in Midland, Texas is seeking a Senior Customer Administrator to serve as on-site liaison with a key customer. The role focuses on advising, resolving complex issues, and building a strong relationship to support supply chain performance.

Responsibilities include learning the customer's supply chain deeply, delivering process and training, leading the team in daily distribution, and participating in weekly reviews to discuss new offerings and drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop a deep knowledge of the customer’s supply chain.
• Provide process and technology training to enable the needed support and coverage.
• Establish and communicate the daily distribution of work to the team.
• Attend weekly business reviews to discuss new offerings for the account.
• Act as the team lead for problem resolution.
• Analyze service issues and trends to determine root causes and communicate recommendations to the team.
• Identify opportunities that would lead to improved performance for the account.
• Work through any border crossing issues that arise.
