Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-facing approach.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling work orders, records, invoices, and service documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, field personnel, vendors, and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable troubleshooting issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments while ensuring technicians have accurate job details, customer information, and required documentation.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service updates, follow-ups, warranty requests, and general inquiries.
• Create, update, and manage work orders while tracking service jobs from initial request through completion.
• Coordinate daily communication between customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain service records, reports, invoices, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor open service tickets, follow up on outstanding items, and proactively help resolve scheduling or service-related issues.
