P1 Service, LLC is seeking a Dispatch Service Coordinator for our Lenexa, KS office. You will coordinate service calls, optimize technician routes, and ensure timely service delivery. The role requires multitasking, excellent customer service, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations dispatching or a similar admin role with significant phone interaction.
• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; willing to learn new software.
• Fast and accurate data entry; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from internal and external customers.
• Enter call information into scheduling software.
• Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians; update schedules.
• Coordinate with other coordinators to maximize technician productivity.
• Assist with material/equipment ordering and invoice accuracy.
