Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services’ client in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to support customers by answering calls, explaining services, scheduling appointments, and dispatching field technicians. The ideal candidate is organized and professional, able to manage multiple priorities while delivering an excellent customer experience.

This full-time, in-office role features an 8-hour daytime shift with Monday–Friday hours and potential weekend

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in plumbing, restoration, or construction industries is a plus but not required.
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phones.
• Explaining our services to potential clients.
• Manage the customer experience.
• Scheduling of appointments.
• Dispatch, routing, and scheduling of jobs for our technicians.
• Shift: 8 hour daytime shift, full-time in office.
• Availability: General workday is Monday through Friday, occasional weekend availability may be required.
